A volte, pi\u00f9 velocemente di prima.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1281\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1309\">L\u2019intuizione personale<\/h3><p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1578\">In quel momento ho iniziato a guardare il problema da un\u2019altra prospettiva.<br data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1389\" \/>Fin da molto giovane avevo praticato respirazione, meditazione e tecniche di regolazione dello stato interno, applicandole nella mia vita quotidiana per gestire pressione, focus e recupero.<\/p><p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1809\">Mi sono chiesto se ci\u00f2 che funzionava a livello individuale potesse funzionare anche in un contesto pi\u00f9 ampio.<br data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1693\" \/>Non per \u201crilassare\u201d le persone, ma per metterle nelle condizioni mentali giuste per lavorare meglio sotto pressione.<\/p><p data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1938\">La domanda \u00e8 diventata inevitabile:<br data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1849\" \/><strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1938\">e se il problema non fosse ci\u00f2 che facevamo, ma lo stato interno con cui lo facevamo?<\/strong><\/p><hr data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1943\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1971\">La risposta<\/h3><p data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2163\">Da questa riflessione nasce Transpira.<br data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2014\" \/>Non come iniziativa spot, ma come metodo strutturato per lavorare sulla regolazione dello stress e sul recupero di lucidit\u00e0, direttamente in azienda.<\/p><p data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2334\">Quando abbiamo iniziato a intervenire su questo livello, i cambiamenti sono diventati stabili:<br data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2262\" \/>decisioni pi\u00f9 chiare, team meno reattivi, maggiore continuit\u00e0 operativa.<\/p><p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2488\">La performance non \u00e8 tornata perch\u00e9 si spingeva di pi\u00f9, ma perch\u00e9 le persone erano finalmente nella condizione interna giusta per sostenere il lavoro.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2493\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2525\">Transpira<\/h3><p data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2646\">Transpira nasce cos\u00ec: come risposta concreta a un problema reale vissuto dall\u2019interno di un\u2019organizzazione complessa.<\/p><p data-start=\"2648\"
